Cold-pressed Nigella sativa oil (10:1 concentrated extract).

Suggested use

Take 1 full dropper (2 mL) daily with food. Shake well before use. May be taken alone or mixed into juice, a smoothie, or herbal tea.

Storage

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 90 days of opening. Refrigeration is optional.

Caution
