Cancellation policy

How subscriptions work

When you select a subscription, you agree to recurring orders and charges at the price and delivery frequency disclosed when you subscribe. Your subscription continues until you cancel.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are disclosed at checkout. Subscription discounts apply as described in your offer.

Recurring payments

By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for each scheduled order until cancellation takes effect. Keep your payment and delivery information up to date.

We will notify you before changing your recurring price and give you an opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

Canceling your subscription

You may cancel without a cancellation fee before your next scheduled charge. Use the subscription management link provided with your subscription emails, or contact sales@goldennaturals.org for assistance.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged.

Orders already charged

If a renewal has already been charged, contact us promptly. We will check whether the order can still be canceled before shipment. If it has already shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

Payment problems

If a recurring payment fails, your order may be delayed or your subscription paused. Contact us if you need help updating your payment information.
